2. Service Description

HITONET API provides human-like AI text generation services through our API. The Service includes:

• Access to our AI model via RESTful API
• Usage tracking and billing dashboard
• API key management
• Technical documentation and support

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model:

• Input tokens: $0.50 per million tokens
• Output tokens: $1.00 per million tokens
• New accounts receive $1 credit
• Prepaid credits do not expire

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate spam or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Resell access without written permission

6. API Usage Limits

We may implement reasonable usage limits to ensure Service quality:

• Rate limiting per API key
• Maximum request size restrictions
• Concurrent request limitations

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your input data. Output generated by the Service is provided to you under a non-exclusive license. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the output complies with applicable laws.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining confidentiality.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HITONET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HITONET from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HITONET operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
